In order to book your event a 50% non refundable deposit is required to all orders at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day before your event. Any orders booked less than the 3-4 week time frame require full payment

If you choose pickup. We are not liable for any damge to the cake. If by chance your cake gets damaged. Depending on scheduel cake repairs can be made for a fee. We can not offer refunds because the product was mishandled... ie driving erractically, leaving in warm/hot environment, dropping, and tilting while carrying.

There maybe cake dowels (straws or wooden sticks) to hold up your cake. Please remove when serving.

Keep cake refrigerated up to an hour before slicing. Cake should not be left out for long periods of time

It is important to pick up orders at the agreed pickup time so there's no interference with delivery scheduels. If you are going to be late please contact ASAP for next pick up times. Otherwise late fee will be applied and must be paid upon pickup
